Iv Therapy Nurse
Responsibilities
Assess patients and review medical histories prior to treatment.
Administer IV vitamin infusions and injectable wellness therapies.
Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.
Educate patients on treatment benefits, expectations, and aftercare.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and clinical protocols.
Collaborate with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing with the applicable regulatory college.
Strong assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
physician/ Nurse
Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox® and dermal fillers.
Perform sclerotherapy treatments for spider veins.
Perform skin biopsies and other minor procedures within scope of practice.
Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical standards.
Collaborate with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications
Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, or Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the applicable regulatory college.
Experience with cosmetic injectables (Botox® and fillers).
Experience performing sclerotherapy and skin biopsies is an asset.
Strong communication, assessment, and patient care skills.
Professional liability coverage as required.
Patient Care Coordinator
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
Process payments, invoices, and patient transactions.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking stock levels.
Prepare and organize administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
Support clinic operations and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous administrative, receptionist, or office assistant experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and electronic records systems.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
